Instructions for use:
The animal should always be able to use the item voluntarily and choose when to visit or leave the refrigerated product. The item does not protect against overheating in the car. Inspect the item regularly for damage and replace it if necessary. Cats and dogs with sharp or long claws as well as heavy dogs could cause holes. A towel or similar as protection reduces the risk of holes, but reduces cooling. Do not use in the sun. Do not use or store at temperatures above 45°C. The gel contained could heat up and liquefy strongly and thus lose the cooling effect.

It works!
Love it. 40×60cm is just right for my (big) chihuahua, the only problem is now I need one for myself because it really does help lower body temp. Having given it a quick look over it seems well made, no tears or leaks. Dog just jumped straight on it, didn’t mind the smell or texture.

We really like it
We really like this mat – it’s cool without being cold. Our cat likes sitting on it on the sofa. Sometimes when he’s not interested I rest my legs on it to get the cooling effect 😄No preparation needed – just get it out of the box and lay it down.The size is perfect for our small cat. The thickness is good too – thick enough that it stays in place without being too rigid to put on the sofa.Easy to wipe down and looks good. The gel inside makes it sort of squishy, so it looks very comfortable

Decent in recent heatwave
Did ok during recent heatwave, i have 4 cats so got 2 large ones last minute, they were quite cool initially and when 2 of my cats finally stayed on the mat after we lifted them onto it they stayed for a while and went back a few times over the few hot days. The other 2 cats didn’t seem to like them. Hence the 4 stars. Side note; they do make quite good feet coolers for humans 👌🏻

Tore so easy.
Mat lasted about half an hour before my pet decided to try it and it tore straight away. Very disappointed especially since it worked well at being cool.

Definitely buy!
Highly recommend. Our dogs choices to lie on it and cools on its out with the weight of the dog. No need to put in the fridge.

Works as it should & good price
Good price for the same item that costs a lot more on other listings. It’s the gel kind so some animals may not like it, but my dog appreciates it on days where we are 30+ !!

As described
I was a bit sceptical that my cats would use it but they’ve taken it in turns to lie on it.I think it may possibly burst if they use their claws on it so longevity of the product could be limited but I’ll be happy if we get through the heatwave with it! Brings me peace of mind.

Squidgy blue mat
Squidgy mat filled with gel, cooling for sure, but my cats don’t want to get on it. Ive used it, it’s nice, don’t know what’s objectionable for the cats, maybe they don’t like blue. Or the squidginess.

Cooling
Bought two of these while on sale, one star off because one only lasted one day and my dogs claws aren’t sharp. Size good though for my small dog and it has been a relief for her in this heat, it is cool to touch, and the second one has lasted so far. It does seem thick material, so a shame one of them didn’t last. But for the price I would buy again
