Well worth the purchase, the sizing is a let down but she loves it.
My Golden retriever has been struggling in the heat. Today she has been pacing on and off trying to cool down.This has just arrived, I laid it down and she laid straight on it and has been asleep ever since. This is now 20 minutes in.Brilliant and well worth the money for coolness, the sizing is a shame as this is a Large.This is a 9 week old Golden retriever.

Go big!
My elderly dog loves it. Actual gel filled pockets hold a cold temperature well. This is the large size though and he’s not a big dog so go big!

Small, perfect for cats, ok cooling
I bought a couple of these for my cats. It’s just the right size for them. If you’re getting this for a dog id imagine it would be suitable for a puppy or a small dog like a Chihuahua. I love that it’s non-toxic, I worry about my 1 year old cat biting through things. It feels cool to the touch but once they’ve been lying on for a little bit it doesn’t retain the cool was that long. I put an ice pack under them, which helped keep them cool, and sometimes put them in the fridge for a while.

Great product but if your dog won’t sit on it’s not ideal. It’s the dog not the mat….

Great for Human’s Too
Dog doesn’t love it but I certainly do. Brilliant over the sofa on hot days, and even in the car. I struggle with anything over 22°, even with the car aircon running as the seats are still so hot. If it’s been particularly warm I pop it in the fridge for half an hour before driving home, and even if my car has been in the sun I can cope. I find it’s more beneficial behind my back than on the seat.

Too small for more than 1 cat
I ordered the largest size as I have 2 cats.The mat is great for keeping them cooler and in this heat wave since purchasing the mat they have spent most of their time taking in turns sleeping on it.A little disappointed with the size as was alot smaller than I expected (I didn’t measure)Will probably end up purchasing another one so 2 cats aren’t struggling to both share the limited space.Not cost effective with more than 1 pet

It feels cool to the touch.
It is a present, so I can’t say how effective it will be in practice. But I can say that I put a finger in the box and felt what the mat was lke and it felt cool to the touch.I was also impressed with the delivery of it. Which was by the Post Pffice. It’s so nice to have a considerate delivery, thanks, I really appreciate that.
