Worth every penny – genuinely one of our best puppy purchases!
I genuinely cannot recommend these cooling mats enough! Our puppy Bentley loved them from the moment they arrived and actually chooses to lie on them, unlike the cheaper blue plastic cooling mats we had previously which he completely avoided.We’ve just taken them on a 10-day camping trip and they have been absolutely brilliant. They were used constantly on rough ground, dragged around the campsite, got filthy and were scrubbed clean over and over again – yet they’ve remained in fantastic condition. They gave Bentley a cool, comfortable place to settle wherever we were and made camping in warm weather so much easier for all of us.I have refrigerated them on particularly hot days, but honestly, they work brilliantly without it.After 10 days of camping abuse, one good scrub at home and they look practically new again – and Bentley is already back relaxing on his, probably dreaming of his camping adventures!Durable, effective, comfortable, easy to clean and fantastic quality. Absolutely worth spending a little more for – I wouldn’t hesitate to buy them again!

PERFECT PET COOLING MAT
Highly recommend this brilliant cooling mat bought for my boy. Wanted one to cover a wide area so he can move around on it as the bit he is on warms up and this is a really good size. Stays put, doesn’t slide around. The padding is a good thickness, you can really feel the depth of the filling so keeps him cool for quite a while. Only took a little while for him to take to it as he was use to his other one. He has had no trouble with sleeping on the cool mat which is good. He hasn’t attempted to chew it and I don’t think he will, but the cover feels very durable. My only small quibble is that I think it would be a good idea for the surface to be a little textured as slippery when jumping onto the mat. Having said that he has soon mastered that little difficulty. I thought it a bit mean to take a star away for that as it is a only a suggestion. Excellent quality and a very good price. Buy for more surface area for smaller dog or a quite large dog. Oh and another plus it came way earlier than advised.

Would buy again
I got the 80 x 120 for my Lab and she absolutely loves it. I had to sit on it a few times with her before she’d trust it, but now she chooses to lay on it during hot weather. She’s not a chewer so I can’t comment on chew resistance, but I can say it’s tough enough so far to handle her claws! I use it under my office desk sometimes and put my feet on it, keeps them nice and cool while I’m working. It does lose its coolness when she lays on it for long periods, but soon regains it when she gets off. I haven’t had to put it in the fridge like I have with other types of cool mat.

Fantastic customer service and I mean fantastic, warm and personal, totally pooch-centric these people clearly love animals, it’s an excellent product great value total lifesaver to puppy in the heat waves we’ve been having lately in the UK got two in the end cos he’s never off it handy to have two so you can swap over when he’s got it warm from being on there all the time, chills in fridge tho but as I say I got two in the end, quality product does not split or tear with even puppy jumping on it I’ve even shared it with him so it’s strong! …wipes clean comes in a good thick box to store it in when not in use love the green palm leaves looks very classy overall very very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend 🐕💕🐾🐾🐾🐾😊👍

Dog loves it!
My dog loves this, it’s been a godsend in the recent hot weather, as soon as he comes in from outside, he’s straight on it, would definitely recommend.

Mat sizing
So far so good, both my dogs have taken to the mats very quickly. My only comment is that the mat is described ‘for large dogs” my largest dog is a springer spaniel and he just about fits on the mat. My other dog is a small cocker spaniel and he fits nicely on the large size mat.

Check measurements
I stupidly didn’t look at measurements just assumed the product image showed the smaller of the two on offer . That would have been adequate for my dog . However the product which arrived was suitable only for cooling a hamster !!!! Be warned check the measurements suit your requirements as I should have done !!!!

Nice and cooling but rip easily.
Lovely mat, big and nicely padded. Sadly i bought 2 mats and within a week they both had small cuts in where the gel now leaks out. Not been chewed as the cuts are neat straight lines.

Do not buy- leaked on first use!
The very first time I used this for my 8 week old puppy his TINY claws went right through the material and liquid started coming through immediately. I’m really unhappy as this was not cheap and really should be able to withstand dog claws given that’s what it’s made for. To be clear the puppy was not chewing, biting or scratching: it slept beautifully on it in its crate and when we took him out we noticed the liquid leaking.
